04 - 3 tablespoons honey

06 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
07 - 1 garlic clove, minced

# How to Make:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
03 - Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down if applicable.
04 - Spoon the honey mustard sauce evenly over each fillet, spreading to coat the tops completely.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15–18 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is just cooked through.
