# How to Make:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat to prevent sticking.
02 - Place chocolate and coconut oil (if using) in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted.
03 - Dip each pretzel rod halfway into the melted chocolate, gently twirling to coat evenly. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
04 - Immediately sprinkle Valentine sprinkles over the chocolate-coated portion, rotating to cover all sides evenly.
05 - Place dipped pretzels on the prepared baking sheet. Allow chocolate to set completely at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes, or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes for quicker setting.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The salty sweet combo hits every craving button at once
  • They look impressive but take literally 20 minutes start to finish
  • Perfect for customizing with whatever sprinkles or toppings you have on hand
02 -
  • Even a tiny drop of water will seize your chocolate, so make sure all your utensils are completely dry
  • Work in small batches once the chocolate is melted or it will start to thicken and become hard to dip
  • The sprinkles need to be added immediately after dipping or they wont stick properly
03 -
  • Hold the dipped pretzel over a bowl while adding sprinkles to catch the excess for reuse
  • If your chocolate starts to thicken while dipping, add another teaspoon of coconut oil and reheat briefly
