# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The sauce hits that perfect sweet spot between tangy and mildly spicy, the kind of balance that makes you want to lick your plate
  • Everything happens in one pan at high speed, meaning minimal cleanup and maximum flavor on busy nights
02 -
  • High heat and constant motion are non-negotiable, if things start steaming instead of frying, your pan isn't hot enough or it's too crowded
  • Prep absolutely everything before you start cooking, stir-frying happens fast and there's no time to chop once the heat is on
03 -
  • Slice your chicken when it's slightly frozen, it cuts more cleanly and evenly that way
  • Dry your vegetables thoroughly after washing, excess water turns stir-fries into steamed dishes
